What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, industry, project details, budget range, timeline and message you provide. We also record the IP address and browser user agent of the submission to help prevent automated abuse.
Our servers keep standard web logs, which include IP addresses, requested pages, referring pages and timestamps.
How we use it
We use contact submissions to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of the conversation. We use server logs to operate, secure and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf, such as email delivery.
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and a session cookie for administrators who sign in to the content management area. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are retained while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, database access uses prepared statements, and administrative accounts are protected with hashed passwords and session controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.
Your choices
To request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@naya.vi.
